Please read these terms carefully before ordering or using your IPTV subscription. By placing an order, you agree to everything set out below.

1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IPTV subscription service provided by cbscallan.ie (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website and via WhatsApp. By ordering, accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the service.
2. Definitions
“Service” means access to the internet-based streaming subscription supplied by us. “Subscription” means the plan you purchase for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). “Credentials” means the username, password and/or M3U or Xtream Codes details we provide to access the Service. “You” means the customer placing the order.
3. The service we provide
We provide access to an internet-delivered streaming service that lets you view live channels and on-demand content on compatible devices. The Service is delivered entirely over your own internet connection; we do not provide internet access, hardware or third-party applications.
We do not host, store, record, broadcast or own any of the media content that may be accessible through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations that apply in your country of residence.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Subscription. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Your account & login details
Your Credentials are personal to you and must be kept confidential. Each Subscription is licensed for a single stream at a time unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan. You agree not to share, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute your Credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Subscription where we reasonably believe the Credentials are being shared or misused, without refund.
6. Pricing & payment
Subscription prices are displayed on our website in euro (€) and are as follows: 1 month — €14.99; 3 months — €29.99; 6 months — €39.99; 12 months — €49.99. Prices are one-off payments for the period chosen and do not renew automatically.
Payment is arranged directly with us, typically via WhatsApp, using the method we confirm with you at the time of order. Your order is accepted only once payment has been received and your Credentials have been issued. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect a Subscription you have already paid for.
7. Delivery & activation
Credentials are delivered electronically, usually within 5 to 30 minutes of payment. Because orders are checked manually for security, occasional short delays may occur. It is your responsibility to provide a correct WhatsApp number or email address so we can deliver your Credentials.
8. Refunds & cancellations
Your Subscription gives immediate access to digital content as soon as your Credentials are delivered. By completing your order, you request that the Service begins immediately and you acknowledge that this may affect any right to cancel that would otherwise apply under distance-selling rules.
If your Subscription does not work as described, please contact our support team first — the large majority of issues are resolved quickly. Where a genuine fault on our side cannot be resolved, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after activation, for problems caused by your own internet connection, device or network, or for Subscriptions suspended due to a breach of these Terms. Nothing in this section removes any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and to comply with all laws that apply to you. You must not: share or resell your Credentials; attempt to copy, record, redistribute or rebroadcast any content; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use the Service in any way that is unlawful or that could damage our reputation or infrastructure. Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
10. Service availability & support
We work hard to provide a stable, high-quality Service and aim for a high level of uptime, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, third-party providers, or factors outside our control such as your internet connection. We provide customer support via WhatsApp and aim to respond promptly, day or night.
11. Devices & third-party software
The Service works with third-party applications and devices (for example IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, Firestick, Smart TVs and MAG boxes). We do not own or control these products and are not responsible for their performance, updates, availability or any charges they may involve. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the recommended requirements.
12. Intellectual property
All branding, text, graphics and design on this website are owned by or licensed to cbscallan.ie and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you in respect of the Service or any content accessed through it.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that any particular channel or title will be available, or that the Service will be free from interruption. Channel and content line-ups may change at any time without notice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current Subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your own use of the Service, your hardware or internet connection, or your failure to comply with these Terms. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Privacy & your data
We only collect the information we need to process your order and provide support, such as your contact details and order history. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the Service or where required by law. If you would like us to delete your details, please contact us.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal reasons. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse your Credentials, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination for breach, no refund will be due. You may stop using the Service at any time.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, save where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
